How Keat Lee

PRINCIPAL

Lee has established the business since 2010 and only recent years have run the business in full force. Lee successfully completed his architecture and project management at RMIT in 2009. He has many years of experience as a project manager working with numerous builders across Victoria. Lee has successfully completed his domestic builder license and have more then 10 years of experience managing largescale residential buildings to master planning. Lee is also a member of the Master Builder Victoria.

Samantha Low

DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Sam has been in the company since 2015 and have been a design partner at Spark Group of Companies since 2006 in Malaysia. Sam successfully completed her Master in Architecture at the University of Melbourne back in 2010. She has been working as a free lance designer back and forth in Malaysia and in Australia.

Simon Low

NON EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Simon is the founder of Spark Group of Companies in Malaysia. Simon has been managing the businesses since 1992. Simon has more then 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry in Malaysia. Simon is the design consultant associate with Build 7 Group.

Bryan Low

ASSOCIATE - MALAYSIA

Bryan is the director of Spark Cabinetry in Malaysia. Bryan works very closely as a partner associate with Build 7 Group for all joineries and fabrication fit out designs.
Bryan handles all manufacturing and logistic between both countries for all joineries fabrications.

Wei Kiat

PARTNER ASSOCIATE

Wei is the principle of Mezz Group Pty Ltd. Wei is a Registered Architect in Australia and has been running his firm for more then 6 years. Wei expertise are on residential designs and multi story apartments and town planning. Wei has been a partner associate with Build 7 Group for more than 3 years.
